Remote Signature:
The electronic signature that can be used from anywhere and on any device.
Without the signer being physically present, the VIDsigner remote signature is a digital signature that is created and attached to a digital document. VIDsigner remote signatures adapt to any device, without the need for installations or prior knowledge.
How does it work?
The issuer generates the document and sends it to the signer from their usual software.
The signer receives an email with a link to the document so they can review and accept it.
To ensure security, the service sends a one-time password to your smartphone via SMS. Once entered, the recipient will proceed with the signature, and that’s it.

To sign contracts, leases, and other legal documents remotely.
Approve documents such as invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and expenses.

The VIDsigner biometric signature is a digital signature that relies on the unique biometric traits of the signer according to ISO/IEC 19794-7 standard: pressure, tilt, speed, etc. It captures the same evidence used by a handwriting expert. VIDsigner biometric signatures are used to verify the identity of a signer and the authenticity of their signature on a document.
How does it work?
The issuer completes the client’s personal data and delivers the electronic document to the signer on a tablet to ensure they can read its contents.
If the signer agrees, they perform their signature on the device we have provided, just as they would on paper.
The signer receives an electronic copy of the signed document, and the file is digitally stored in the company’s document management tool.
