DocuWare with Electronic Signature (Document Manager)

Is a document management software with advanced technology for professional business content management. By being able to access the valuable information contained in documents, exactly where and when you need it, you can optimize your business practices. Our service allows the process of signing and sending digital documents using an electronic signature. These documents can be signed from a web browser, computers and/or mobile devices (cell phones and tablets), using our Simple Electronic Signature Certificates and the Qualified Signature issued by the National Electronic Signature Directorate of the Public Registry of Panama.

System that allows you to sign digital documents en masse and in one go using our simple electronic certificates and those qualified by the Public Registry of Panama (which have immediate legal validity). This service, which is designed with the highest quality standards, can be implemented and integrated with the different business management systems that currently exist on the market. This system allows the use of the Time Stamping Authority of the Public Registry of Panama, which adds legal validity to the period of time in which the electronic signature process was carried out, providing integrity to the document with a seal that validates that it is has not been modified. The timestamp includes the exact date and time the document was signed electronically.

PKI.PA

PKI system developed by eFirmas S.A. using the cryptographic libraries used by commercial and open source PKI platforms existing in the international market. PKI.PA is aimed at public entities and private companies, granting them the ability to manage the Electronic Signature Certificates of the collaborators who work in their organizations, allowing them to act as registration and management authorities of the complete cycle of electronic certificates from the validation, issuance, renewal until revocation.

Web solution that allows the registration of users for the issuance of simple electronic signature certificates and that also provides the service of completely validating the integrity of an electronically signed document with our simple electronic certificates and the qualified ones issued by the National Electronic Signature Directorate of the Public Registry of Panama, where additionally, all fields with the signer’s data will appear on the screen (full name, ID, profile information, among others).
