eFirmas S.A. is a company dedicated to the issuance and integration of electronic certificates, offering the following services in Panama:

Simple Electronic Signature

Issuance of a simple electronic certificate in the name of a natural person (where we carry out the identity validation process with the Electoral Court card or the Immigration card for foreigners).

SSL Certificates

We have various types of SSL certificates for your business website that are recognized by the browsers used by your clients. With a domain validation (DV) SSL certificate you can display the content of your website in a secure way for visitors and help in the positioning of the domain in search engines such as Google.

Important note:

Currently, eFirmas S.A. does not issue its own qualified electronic certificates, since we are not a PSC approved by the National Directorate of Electronic Signatures of Panama at this time, in other words, we are a provider and integrator of PKI Systems for organizations (which are valid in case your company wishes to apply as a PSC before the National Directorate of Electronic Signatures of Panama).

Configuration and Implementation of the Qualified Electronic Signature

if you or your company have qualified electronic certificates issued by the National Directorate of Electronic Signature of Panama, we provide you with all the advice and technical assistance necessary for the configuration of said signatures on your computers, systems or platforms they are currently using.

Code Signing Certificates

If you are a programmer and need a certificate to sign your source codes and thus provide a higher level of security and trust for your clients, the code signing certificate that we offer is the right solution for your business. Validation of signed electronic documents

eFirmas S.A. offers the general public an online tool so that they can attach documents signed with electronic certificates (whether simple certificates issued by us or qualified certificates issued by the National Directorate of Electronic Signature of the Public Registry of Panama) and will proceed with the validation of the signature to check if it was valid at the time of applying the signing process.

Time Stamping Service

thanks to the web address of the Time Stamp Authority (TSA: Time Stamp Authority) of the Public Registry of Panama and our solutions, legal validity can be added to the period of time in which a electronic signature process, providing integrity to the signed document with a seal that validates that it has not been modified.
